That is why I stopped using a local LaTeX compiler. These kinds of things are very frustrating to fix especially if the code is working one day and not the next.

Change in \input is also documented on Overleaf:

Since basically you just have a table code that you can simply copy paste into the main body try using

\input file.tex (without the brackets)

I will update the document soon with new tables and will also test out the new \input primitives but the old command seems to be working on Overleaf (for now). Regardless, I will change this document to reflect the changes in the TeX compiler.
